Seem you have a plugin caused this issue.
Please deactivate all plugins and check it again.
After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

When I tried to customize my theme in wordpress with appearance -> customize, all of my menus were gone. I don't know what to do now, can you please help me? See the image below of the printscreen I made.
