Hi,

Please try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:

.penci-top-bar{ text-align: right; }
ul.penci-topbar-menu, div.penci-topbar-menu>ul{ text-align: left; }
.penci-topbar-social{ float: left; }
