Please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:
.penci-owl-carousel .owl-nav .owl-prev, .penci-owl-carousel .owl-nav .owl-next{ opacity: 0.8; }

Hi.
I have a featured category on the homepage for latest news and I have set it up as a three column slider with the arrows on each side. But the arrows disappear when the the mouse is not on it.
Is it possible to have the arrow on there permanently.
