This feature is quite complicated. You need change php, js and css code to make the feature.
I hope you understand what i said.
We will consider to add more this feature in the next update version of PenNews. I'm not sure it will be added but i'm sure we will consider about this.

This is also another example of what I want my mobile site to look like so no topbar menu item become hidden or crowded.
This is another example. www.football.london the menu scroll either left or right
what am trying to explain is that, I want the topbar menu to scroll horizontally. Taking bbc.com mobile site as an example, they have the hamburger menu and a second menu which scrolls horizontally to display hidden menu items. I want my mobile site to also have that same effect

If right, Unfortunately, currently, this theme don't have any option to do that, but you want , please send me
your website managment information ( admin url site, username and password ) and Your FTP account ( include FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) - or your hosting account.
