This issue caused by you've enabled mobile interface from Jetpack plugin - let's deactivate it.

I just noticed the my website does not look like I originally designed it for the mobile version. The mobile preview in wordpress customization (seen below) still looks right, but when browsing through the mobile it looks bad.
