You use custom css and after update ,the Pennews theme custom css not lose data

Hi,

Please try go to Customize > Addtional CSS then add custom css to fix the issue

@media screen and (max-width: 768px){
 .penci-topbar ul {
     display: inline-block;
 }
 .penci-topbar ul li {
     display: inline-block;
 }
}
