Hi,

If you're using SVG logo, you need to set a width for your SVG logo to make it appear.

Please try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:

#navigation.header-6 #logo img{ width: 422px; }
.is-sticky #navigation.header-6 #logo img{ width: 322px; }

Hi,

The thumbnails is the latest posts of category you're hovering to.

You should check documentation for this theme here to know how to config/setup this theme ( you're using WAY 2 to config your homepage )
