Hi,
If you want edit topbar, go to Customizer > Topbar Options then enable/disable topbar or change most of module on topbar.

Hi,
If you want remove banner on banner, please go to Customizer > Logo and Header Options then scrolldown and remove "Banner Header Right For Header 2, 8, 7 & 9" option as screenshot https://prnt.sc/q2dpc0
If you want remove banner on home page, please edit home page then remove banner you want.
If you want remove banner on widgets, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets then remove banner on widget you want
