Please set border radius as pixel. On the site https://thuthuatios.com/ - the owner of the web has set border radius is 12px.

To adjust the distance between Menu and Featured Slider, please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

.featured-area{ margin-top: -40px; }

Change value 40 to value as you want.

1/ Please try do following steps to do that:

a) Go to Customize > Homepage Options > un-check on "Enable Home Featured Boxes Style 2" and "Enable Home Featured Boxes Style 3"

b) Add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

    height: 120px!important;
}
ul.homepage-featured-boxes li .penci-fea-in h4 {
    opacity: 0;
    -o-transition: opacity .4s;
    transition: opacity .4s;

    opacity: 1;
}
