Hi,

This theme already supports an option to move the Portfolio title & meta display below the image.

Please make sure you're using latest version of Soledad & Penci Portfolio plugin - check this guide to know how to update the theme to latest version.

After that, you can install Elementor or WPBakery and use widget "Penci Portfolio" from Elementor or WPBakery to config it.

Is there any way to change my portfolio design?
I would like to have a short text below every photo, like this examples:
