hey i see your tutorials on language :

and i am curious on using https://poedit.net/ but after the instructions, im under the impression you don't not need WPML for the wordpress site to have multiple language .
im a little lost on the procedures to have a language switcher on the menu bar, and instructions to set up the translations.
