It seems you've enable lazyload images from Jetpack plugin or another plugin.
Let's check and disable it. Because the theme already supports for lazyload images.

i installed demo http://soledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-fashion-blog3/
i changed homepage layout to Grid Masonry 2 Columns Posts and all posts featured images have been shown.
the problem is that the featured posts are not shown into posts.
