Hi,
By default, the WordPress will make this page is 404 page if you don't have any posts for the author.
The query from WordPress will return empty if the author doesn't exists any posts..
It's issues from WordPress core and we can't change it

as you can see on the picture, when i go to the uthor page, the author box is empty.
only once i add posts from this author does the box fill up.
at the moment not every author has written posts yet, but i want it to show the information when going to his page.
