Hi,

You can change it by add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

\
.header-slogan{ margin-top: 5px; }

Change number 5 to value you want.

But, I see your logo has some white space around it - check your logo here. If you want to reduce this space more, please remove the white space around your logo image.
