See how in the screen shot it was super easy to follow the instructions. That is why I wanted to use the plug in not theme lazy loading. As if I go through all of the settings for Soledad which you have provided (cheers) I still don't know if that means lazy loading is on or off for video and I needed to get back to them straight away to say I had disabled it for video. 

Maybe a future wish for the theme?

Thanks, I appreciate your detailed response. 

It was mainly that they said it was ok to leave on for images but needed to be off for videos that threw me as WP Rocket has an easy setting and I didn't know if disabling the slider would do the same for the theme, ie keep the images lazy load through Penci and ensure I wasn't going to have a compatibility issue.

Can you please point me in the direction of where I check that it is in enabled in the theme and I will see that I have that enabled and disable WP Rocket's feature of this?

I need to have it enabled for images but disabled for iframes or videos. I think I can check this under 'appearance' is that right?

Is there any known issue with WP Rocket and Soledad Theme?

Screen screen shot, I am wanting to select all and turn on, just want to check 1st in case you know that there is conflict with the theme in one of these areas?
