Yes ..all this was done ..te problem was that i did not enabled in customizer top menu. Now is done, thank you.

Hi,
Yeah, you need to create and set for each position a menu via Appearance > Menus.
For topbar: Check to "Topbar Menu"
For footer menu: Check to "Footer Menu"

Hello, I am changing my wordpress thee from Mesocolumn to Soledad. I have set Magazine 1 home page style. I have a Primary menu that does work fine. But I have set another menu like Top Menu, and this does not appears. Same menu set like Footer Menu, and does not appears neither. I don´t know what is the problem.
