Hi,

Please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugin Customizer Export/Import ) and try again.

Maybe you have a plugin caused this issue.

Hello ..I would like to import only customizer data to my site.. I followed the instructions at http://soledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-document/#import-demo , but after install and activate the Customizer Export/Import plugin, I can´t see the "admin > Appearance > Customize > Export/Import > Import >" option any way... This option does not appears at all ... Please help ..
