It's a widgets display for vertical mobile navigation, you can edit/remove it via Appearance > Widgets > "Sidebar Hamburger Widgets Below Menu" on the right side.

That's great! I've managed to access Elementor, but now I am having a problem putting the counters next to each other in 2 columns by 2 rows. Is this something Penci can answer?
