It seems you have a plugin caused this issue.
Please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and check it again.
If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

today my Youtube video embeds have changed their sizing to take up over my right sidebar. They were working fine before and were just the full post width but now go over!
