Hi,
You need to enable Footer Menu to make it appears.
Please enable footer menu via Customize > Footer Options > Enable Footer Menu.

Hello! I am creating my website using the Soledad theme. When installing the footer menu with the terms of use and privacy policies pages, it does not appear on the website.
