Hi,

The circle color will follow the color you changed via Customize > Colors General > Accent Color.

There is no way to use CSS to change color for that circle.

Hi,

You can add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to change the color for review text:

.penci-chart-text{ color: #ff0000; }

Change color code to color as you want.
