Yeah, that's default order from WordPress itself.
If you want to change it, I recommend you use this plugin to change the order as you want

Hello,
I have an issue with categories display on my blog. I have set the categories like for instance Europe, Czech Republic and Karkonosze (and Europe is superior category above Czech Republic).
But as I noticed, above the name of post, the theme (Soledad) displays it in alphabetical order, so it’s Czech Republic, Europe, Karkonosze. Here’s the link as an example: https://bezkresnepodroze.pl/zimowa-majowka-w-czeskich-karkonoszach-szlakiem-od-szpindlerowego-mlyna-do-klinovki/
The same issue I have with Algarve, Europe, Portugal: https://bezkresnepodroze.pl/spacerkiem-przez-lagos-i-ponta-da-piedade-czyli-gdzie-znajduje-sie-perla-wsrod-nadmorskich-klifow-w-rejonie-algarve/
Can I change it somehow and how, so it will show the way as it suppose to show? So it would be Europe, Portugal, Algarve / Europe/ Czech Republic/ Karkonosze (as I have in hierarchy in categories)?
