If you're using child theme - it's the same - just need delete parent theme - don't delete child theme.
After upload latest version of parent theme - let activate child theme again.

We're using auto-update flatform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ and it seems the updates flatform from them has issues,
I've contacted them and they said will fix it as soon as possible. Currently, please manually to update this theme - by do following this guide:

How do I update soledad theme on my wordpress for version 7.3.0?
I have 7.2.3 and for some reason it doesnt offer me to upgrade for the latest version. It says my theme is up to date.
