Hi,

One you install that plugin, how can you add that feed into the footer image? Because that is the issue - the Soledad Instagram feed widget is not working because of the access token issue associated with the API change.

Recently, Instagram just updated and change the API, we're working on this to find a solution. But it can take a few time for us to fixed itSo, please wait us for this.

Currently, you can use plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to get your instagram feed images.

I am having the same problem here.

The link to create the token - http://instagram.pixelunion.net simply returns the message instagram.pixelunion.net

1000false

Error message is displayed.

Please advise an alternative way to create a token.

Hi,

Thanks but it did not really help - the blog post is outdated. Even after following the Instagram/Facebook official developer guide to create a token the images do not display. It can be an issue with the Instagram Basic Display API itself because even if a test user is created, the User Token Generator button is not working.

I also went through the complex process but it did not help. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-basic-display-api/overview#instagram-user-access-tokens
