Please create a new ticket and we will check it help you.
Don't put reply to ticket of another people because they will get notice email about your reply.

Hi,
Since a few weeks it's not possible to upload a new image in a post. When I click at 'upload new files' there's nothing happening.
Besides that, sometimes when I add a new block (like an image or title) I get an error.
Do you know what's going on?

Yeah, that's issues with your hosting - most of all this issue related with file permission
You can try a fix by do following guide here:
If it doesn't work for you - let's contact with your hosting provider and ask them about this.

Hi guys, Soledad is awesome, we are just having an issue when we try to upload certain pictures, please havre a look on the attached file and let me know if this issue is related to the theme or to the hosting. Honestly I never saw this before but it is also the first time I work with Bluehost since it is my client hosting provider.
