To do that, please try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:

.penci-sidebar-content .widget.penci_social_widget,
.penci-sidebar-content .widget.widget_mc4wp_form_widget{ padding: 20px; border: 1px solid #cccccc; }

You can change value 20 to value as you want to increase/decrease padding arround widget social & newletter widget.

Change color code cccccc to other color code to change the border color.
