Hi,
You didn't do following the guide.
It seems you didn't read the point 1/
After download package "All files and documentation" - you need to extract it and open the folder you receive and use soledad.zip file for your install.

Now I have tried to update following your instructions, It still doesnt work:
Unpacking the package ...
Installing theme ...
Package failed to install. The theme lacks the style.css style template.
Installation of theme failed.

Hi,
We're using auto-update flatform from WP-Updates: http://wp-updates.com/ and it seems the updates flatform from them has issues,
We're waiting for them to fix this issue.
At this moment, please do following this guide to update this theme - It's easy also :)
