Hello!

Since December 2017, you published an update, which I did not update and now (June 2018) you published another update, which I plan to update.  In order to update with the June 2018 update, do I need to first update with the December 2017 update of Soledad or can I go straight to June 2018? 

Also, can you send me the most up-to-date guide to updates?

One more clarification, if I may, in the guide you say the following:

"If you’ve modified any of the theme files yourself, you’ll need to note these changes in order to re-implement them once you’ve installed the latest version of the theme. The update will replace your previous version’s theme files and all modified will lose. All customizer data, posts, pages, widgets... doesn't affect when you update this theme."

What modifications won't be included? Modifications meaning if I have written new code? Nothing else, right?

I just received an email about the new soledad update, which said I should go to my downloads to get the update. What do I do? Download the entire file again? Is the update a separate zip? I see that it is Soledad 5.1, but I'm just not sure how it works. Thank you!
