Hi,
As I can see you have a <strong> tag wrapper your recipe - check this image: http://prntscr.com/rm8uco
It seems you've made the recipe shortcode is bold from your editor or you have <strong> tag from your editor.
Let's check and remove it.

this is other my account but yor system change ever the log data. The question is the same. "Sorry it's not for me, I create sites for other bloggers and I bought your theme to other friends, in one of these sites I use your cookbook. The site is cnafoodandtourism.it and the theme is activated correctly. But I can't format the recipe as requested by the customer"

sorry it's not for me, I create sites for other bloggers and I have bought your theme to other friends, in one of these sites I use your recipe card. The site is cnafoodandtourism.it and the theme is correctly activated. But I can't format the recipe as the customer asks for it

Hi,
As I can see you aren't use the Recipe plugin from the theme - you're using a plugin for create recipe cart.
So, let's check the documentation from that plugin
