Hi,
The Video Playlist ID is a custom ID for video playlist in HTML. It doesn't mean about your youtube video playlist ID
Let it blank if you don't need to custom ID for video playlist.

Hi,
No - with the video playlist element, you need to fill each youtube URL on each line.
Example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQHsXMglC9A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JGwWNGJdvx8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgKAFK5djSk

The Youtube API Key just uses when you use "video playlists" like this:
Of course it doesn't auto appears any video
