It seems you have a plugin caused this issue.
Please deactivate all plugins and check it again. After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Hi,
I successfully installed the theme and all plugins. Once I now tab on "customise" (doesn't matter if i pick it from the appearance menu or from the soledad welcome page) I receive an exception: "There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."
