Hi,
1/ To do that, please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){
#logo a{ max-width: 180px; }
}
Change value 180 to value as you want.
2/ Please try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to reduce the padding between logo and breadcrumbs:
.container.penci-breadcrumb{ margin-top: -60px; }
