Hi,

I don't modify any of the theme's file.

The ajax issues can caused by your internet or your hosting - I'm not sure about exactly issue.

Now, I think you just need check documentation for Soledad theme here to know how to config this theme, It's short and easy to understand.

Ok, your intervention seems to have helped, looks like all the demo content has been uploaded.

Can you tell me what was the issue? It looked like a bad ajax request. Did you modify any of the theme's files?

Hi,

I'm trying to import the demo content for the "Video" variant and the process is stuck on "Importing customizer".

Developer console shows an Internal Server Error (Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500) on:

/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=penci_soledad_import&type=customizer&_wpnonce=8ae4021510

Can you look into this please?
