Hi,
You can find the plugins come from the theme via Appearance > Install Plugins > install & activate plugins you want to use.
Also, to create a new post, you just need go to Posts > Add New > and add a new post normal.

Hi, I am uploading my blog posts now. I was following the instructions in the document of soledad but the plug in mentioned I cannot find under plug ins.
Can you recommend how to easily upload blog posts to my blog?
