This can't be done with CSS...
For 404 issues, please go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalink > click "Save Changes" button to update your permalink. After that, check it again.

And right now there is no detailed page behind, so if I click the text i get an 404 error.
Can I change it via CSS or in the forms directly? It would be very helpful if I can set the textlink also to the lightbox.

Unfortunately, currently this theme doesn't support for this feature. Because users need to have a way to visit to detail portfolio page.

When I click on the picture it will be shown in lightbox-mode, but if I click the text over the picture it will open a new page. How can I set it also in lightbox-mode?
