Hi,

Thank you for purchased our theme.

It seems you didn't attention when using our theme. Because we've put the documentation in multi-places and it quite easy to see.

3/ On the Welcome page after you activated the theme you will see it: http://prntscr.com/rmwret

4/ On the customization page - you can see a highlights button link to the documentation: http://prntscr.com/rmws96

5/ In the download package from themeforest we've included the documentation also: http://prntscr.com/rmwsdq

This is the first time a customer tell with us the documentation is hard to find

Also, this theme doesn't required any plugin - all recommend plugins is add-on features, you can disable any plugin you don't need for use.

I figured it out. I had to install ALL your plugins. Holy cow, you have a ton of plugins. I hope I don't have to keep them ALL activated. Fourteen plugins?!

It took me a while to find your REAL documents (http://soledad.pencidesign.com/soledad-document). Had I not found them, I would have been lost. You should post a link to them somewhere in ticksy because your "articles" in ticksy are useless.

I don't see a link to your REAL support docs in Themeforest either. You should put them there. Honestly, I almost gave you a very bad review for having no support docs.

I have bought and registered the theme. When I got to install the demo content it says "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."
