Hi,
Some of icons from Elementor use FontAwesome version 5. So, maybe you need to enable font awesome version 5 via Customize > General Options > and check to "Use Fontawesome Version 5"

Hi sir,
I am using the Penci Count-up element to show a yellow star with counting number, but the star just shows a rectangular box on front end (while on back end is ok)
The smile icon is showing no problem just below it though.
