It seems issues with your hosting because if our theme caused the issue - it will apply for all customers - not only you. While I just see you have this issue..
Please try contact with your hosting provider and ask theme about this and requirements them check what's problems - they have log file on your server and can understand what's problems.

during this period website genrate no thumbnails, no google web speed report

Strange, the theme doesn't make anything broken or affect to the hosting.
Can you please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and see this still appears or not?
We have too many customers using this theme and this is the first time I see this issue appear.

After installing theme, my website is appears offline at every 30 - 40 min.
