I just checked your site one more time.

When you upload an image to media library, the images can't view. It's issues from your hosting can't create folder in wp-content/uploads folder. 

I tried change to other theme ( Twenty Seventeen ) and this issue still appear. So, this issues doesn't related with our theme. You should contact with your hosting provider and ask them to fixed this issue.

In next time, if you want to switch to another demo, please do following steps:

1/ Install & activate plugin Customize Reset - After installed this plugin, go to Customize > click to "Reset" button at the top to reset all customizer data to default.

2/ Do ONLY way 2 in this guide here - Import Only customizer data

Please set a featured image for each posts here to make your site look good.

For now, everything others on your site is fine, except one thing: the images can't load.

Hi,

You need to extract download package from themeforest and use soledad.zip file for your install.

You did install package "All files and documentation" ( include: theme files, customizer data, documentation folder...  ), so you got "missing CSS".

For import demo, please send me your admin url and admin account in a private reply and I will take it a look. Seem you didn't install plugin "Soledad Demo Importer"
