Please go to Customize > General Options > on "Featured Image Type" > select "Horizontal Size"
And Customize > Logo and Header Options > Featured Images Type for Category Mega Menu > select "Horizontal Size"

Thanks! How do I make my photos horizontal in orientation? They are vertical and awkward.
