Hi,
Please try activate parent theme, after that go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and install & active plugins.
After that, active again your child theme.

Hi,
I bought the Soledad theme on Nov 27 and have only just got around to installing it (work kept me away from working on my site).
Now that I would like to import demo data, I cannot do so because the none of the required plugins are installing.
Here is the error I keep receiving: <<Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.>> I have attached images of these errors below.
Please help me.
