Hi,
1/ You can remove it by go to Appearance > Widgets > on "Header SignUp Form" > remove widget "Mailchimp for WP " inside this sidebar.
2/ Please check option for it via Customize > Single Post Options > Re-order "Author Box" - "Post Navigation" - "Related Posts" - "Comments" section
You also can find options for hide/remove the sections inside your posts here.

I will also have another comment question on can define the blocks that should follow the article. In the example below I seek to define which articles to read in addition. Or how to remove comments. I want to be able to decide which parts will be behind each item. "Single post option"

You can go to edit that page > scroll down and on General tab option - you can see option for hide page title.
