Hi,
To do that, you just need to makes "Shop" menu items has 4 or 5 child menu items level 1.

Hi,
Because your menu is too long.. It doesn't enough space to display and look messed. You can add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to fix it:
#navigation ul.menu > li.megamenu > ul.sub-menu > li > ul.sub-menu li,
#navigation ul.menu > li.megamenu > ul.sub-menu > li > ul.sub-menu li a{ min-width: 0; }
I recommend you use 4 or 5 rows on the mega menu to make it display better.
