It appears that yandex plugin change code as screenshot https://prnt.sc/s69lo5
Please contact with author of plugin and ask them about the issue.
Then plugin add noscript on header ( pennews/header.php file )

I see it's yandex metrica but there are 5 errors and 11 warning... yandex's error just 2 and Other warning and errors? it's "/head" ... "body= ....."
Where is the text/javascript tag in your theme?

Hi,
I checked on your site.
you changed code on header of PenNews theme and it create error on your site as screenshot https://prnt.sc/s69lo5
Please deactivated all plugin ( excrept plugins come form the theme and try it again ) - If it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
