Also, I see you're using Soledad version 2.4.2 - This is outdated version, you should update this theme to latest version ( version 5.1 ) - To update this theme, please check this guide.

Hello,
On my website (https://balancedachievement.com), all of the theme's built in icons are showing up incorrectly (most are showing up as boxes). This includes the scrolling arrows on the top header for 'New Articles' and the arrows that allow individuals to scroll through the slider. Also the social media icons on the sidebar and in the footer are doing the same. Lastly, the search icon is showing up as 'fl'. Not sure what's going on but I haven't made any setting changes or downloaded any new plugins. The only thing I can think of is that a plugin update maybe did something (I use WP Rocket).
