I deactivated all the plugins. I did not find the plugin responsible for the conflict, perhaps next time when I have some time to check the diagnostics one at a time.
That said, thank you for the help: your suggestion worked.

Seem you have a plugin caused this issue.
\Please deactivate all plugins and try it again.
\After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Happy New Year! Hope that you had a good start to the year!
I have a problem. I want to achieve the category menu format as seen in the Soledad Hispter demo. I have attached the intended look (Mega Menu - Hispter Demo) below.
In trying to do so, I have gone through the following resources:

It seems that to get the mega menu look, I need to enable CSS Classes or to have a drop-down option allowing me to "Make it a category mega menu".
However, under my dashboard (Appearances >> Menus), there are no such options. I have attached an image of my dashboard (Menu - 1 & Menu - 2) below.
The theme is great, but I need help to create mega menus to give it that final shine!
