Hi,
It seems you have a plugin caused this issue on http://www.ks-construction.co.uk/ - Please try deactivate all plugins ( except plugins come from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

I am using your theme and I have issue with menu on top of the page. I used theme on two separate websites and on page: 1. http://www.ks-group.co.uk/ I have a background under page menu when scroll down, which is how I want. on page 2. http://www.ks-construction.co.uk/ the background colour when scroll down is not showing.
How to add background colour under page menu when scroll down?
