Please try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to do that:
@media only screen and (max-width: 960px){
.layout-14_12_14 .penci-main-content, .container.two-sidebar #main{ order: 1; }

When viewed through mobile devices, the post is displayed: header - left idebar - post text - right idebar.
Can I do: Headline - post text - sidebar?
