You use background image, and you can't filter to background image,

Please try with image box shortcode as video : http://pennews.pencidesign.com/images-box/

Hi,

Does WP Bakery allows you to add filters or background colour opacities to text or images please?

Please see attached. Have a look at Scaffolding Services, I've look better with a filtered background.
