Hi @Rebecca,

All your files you listed doesn't come from our theme - It came from your wordpress files ( wp-content & wp-includes folder from Wordpress )

Hi,

I'm sure our theme doesn't exists any virus or malware - Because if so, our theme will removed from Envato Market.

I have a lot of customers using BlueHost without problems like you said. Maybe the issue come from your plugins or hackers.

With your issue, please try:

1/ Update the theme and check it again. Check this guide to know how to update this theme.

2/ After updated this theme, if the issues still appears, please deactivate all plugins and check it again.

After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

Conversation Start

For the past week or so the photos and slider have not been loading on our website. On the back end of Wordpress, all of them are in the media folder and uploaded, but on the front end, nothing is showing up image wise.

Recently our hosting website (BlueHost) disabled our account because of malware problems. Then, we used SiteLock to remove the malware (though the issues were happening before that, though they may have happened due to the malware?).

Here are some of the formerly infected files:

I wanted to know if this problem was a theme issue or an update issue, or how to resolve this.

We are a high school publication so we need this resolved as soon as possible.
